ABOUT
This year Courtney Keil was awarded ‘Best Female Vocal’ accolade at the Tamworth Country Music Festival People’s Choice Awards for the third year in a row. Following her heartfelt duet ‘Worn In’ featuring Gina Jeffreys, she released ‘Just Like Flying’, a nostalgic tribute to her late grandfather’s youth in the Barossa Valley during Australia’s 1951 Jubilee.

Courtney’s recent performance highlights include performing with Gina Jeffreys, Tania Kernaghan and Max Jackson nationally on ‘Girls Night Out Tour’, headlining her show ‘Fierce and Fearless’ at the 2024 Tamworth Festival and on the Crowbar Stage, Gympie Music Muster. She has supported legends Brian Cadd, The Whitlams, Adam Harvey, Karise Eden and country favorites Angus Gill, and Andrew Swift.

Her debut album ‘The Good Kind’ topped the iTunes Country Australia chart in 2023, delivering four #1 singles. Masterfully produced by award winning Rod McCormack at the Music Cellar, it showcases her emotive vocals and storytelling, featuring co-writes with Nashville wordsmiths Sam Gay, Templeton Thompson, and Sally Barris.

Behind the scenes a sophomore album is in the works, including a mid-year trip to Nashville with producer Rod McCormack, Courtney Keil is building upon her collection of standout pieces that speak of endurance, sentiment and courage and is cementing her place as a rising star in Australian country music.
